When my journey began in 2006, I saw many advisors fail, mainly because they were product-driven, transaction-based professionals. This service model would make it difficult to create long-term relationships and become difference makers with the clients. And now, for almost two decades, our group and I have been helping our clients pursue financial independence by focusing on investing in financial plans; in processes, goals, investment plans or whatever is important to them. But most importantly reviewing our plan consistently. It’s a focus on the quality of relationships, not quantity. A great part of our success story has been our ability to grow organically, with selected client relationships that share our values and beliefs. It has been a great journey so far, switching the mindset of our clients from products and returns, to planning and process.
I used to be a former collegiate and professional volleyball player, traveling the world, and competing in major international tournaments. For this reason, working in teams has always been present, in sports and now with our clients. I am a sports fanatic, with boxing as one of my passions especially Puerto Rico boxers. I am also a soccer enthusiast, but mainly appreciate the great performers in their respective sports. Furthermore, I am grateful to have a beautiful family, with my wife and two daughters. We love to travel, are history nerds, and especially love to study the history of Puerto Rico, teaching our children our roots and sharing stories about our unique heritage.
